This is a copy of our Contract/Health guarantee covering your new puppy. It has been agreed upon both _____________________(buyer) and Muggz Of Love (seller) that the puppy is being sold with the following type of registration. There is no guarantee from the seller that the puppy is in show quality, but is represented as its breed and is suited as pet quality only. You as the buyer are responsible for getting your puppy in show quality, if those are your intentions.

O IOEBA LIMIT REGISTRATION- Limited registration means you DO NOT have the right to breed the dog.
Breeding the dog will result in a breach of contract and any puppies as a result of breeding will not be eligible for IOEBA registration. Buyer will be in breach of this agreement if puppy if used for breeding, the health guarantee will be void and buyer will owe Muggz of Love double the original purchase price within 30 days, if not paid then buyer will be prosecuted at buyers expenses to the full extent of the law.
O IOEBA FULL REGISTRATION- Full registration means you have the right to breed and show your dog. We can not guarantee the puppy to breed or conceive puppies. We DO NOT place our dogs in large kennels where their only purpose is for breeding, we will allow breeding rights for select pups and hobby breeders. Signing this contract acknowledges that this is not the main purpose of this puppy.
Responsibilities of Buyer:
your puppy is guaranteed to be in good physical condition at time of shipping and delivery up to 48 hours afterward.
The puppy is to have a complete physical examination by a licensed veterinarian within 2 business days after receiving the puppy. If the veterinarian finds that the puppy has a serious physical condition that is not treatable, then Muggz of Love, will replace your puppy from the next available litter or refund your money, upon returning the defective puppy and the original report from the licensed veterinarian conducting the the physical. We, the breeders are not responsible for any expenses incurred. A diagnosis of kennel cough, parasites, giardia, coccidiosis, or any other type of bacterial infection does not render your puppy to be unhealthy. The death of a puppy resulting from Parvo will not be replaced.
You, the buyer, agree to take good and proper care of the puppy. You will provide adequate food, medical care, water, and housing. From the date of delivery, the puppy received proper vaccinations and deworming. The buyer has been informed of these and of recommended future vaccinations and deworming. Care should include an annual routine exam by a licensed veterinarian. If your dog is used in any sort of illegal activity (i.e. dog fighting), or in any canine sports(i.e.) weight pulling, or is mistreated, malnourished, abused or not taken care of the guarantee is completely null and void.
Health Guarantee:
A puppy showing any serious genetic or congenital defect will be replaced as follows:
We offer a 1 yr health guarantee from hereditary conditions. If your dog develops a hereditary health condition, which causes impairment of vital functions or death of the dog with in one year from your purchase date, then you as a buyer are entitled to a replacement puppy from the next available litter of your choice. No refunds are given for any reason. If a health condition does occur, the dog must be returned to us, the breeders to be eligible for a replacement puppy of equal value. The return of the dog must be at your, the buyers, expense along with and all expenses including veterinary charges.
The dog must show the defect by one year of age. The seller is to be notified of the problem within 3 business days of a licensed veterinarians determination. We require two reports from two unassociated licensed veterinarians stating the same problem. A full medical documentation must come with the dog when it is returned. The documentation must identify that the cause of the puppy's defect is genetically related. This documentation will be evaluated by a licensed veterinarian of seller's choice to confirm the results of the buyer's veterinarian. The the findings of the seller's veterinarian are to be considered the final and ultimate opinion. All transportation expenses in the result of returning the original puppy as well as the replacement puppy are the buyers responsibility.
The seller will provide a replacement puppy of equal value. Absolutely NO REFUND, partially or in full, will be given. A puppy being returned must be in good and healthy condition, other than the specified problem it is being returned for, at buyer expense. If everything turns out, the owner will then qualify for a replacement puppy from the next available litter. It is agreed that the replacement puppy may not be from the exact same parents as the original puppy. Buyer is responsible for transportation cost to and from the seller with a replacement puppy.
This guarantee only applies to the original puppy and is nontransferable to a second party. If the puppy is given to a new buyer and not the original buyer there will be NO replacement puppy. The replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both buyer and seller and will be of comparable quality. All items covered in this guarantee are by replacement only. Again, we don not give refunds, and seller will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
This guarantee doesn't cover what in the Bulldogge breed is considered to be normal: loose hips, entropion, stenotic nares (collapsed nostrils) skin allergies, and cherry eye. Certain disorders can be caused by different environmental factors, such as: allergies, demodectic mange, thyroid dysfunction, and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered in the guarantee. We do not guarantee against conditions that may or may not be stress related from the shipping process or the new home. These stress related conditions that have been previously remained dormant can be triggered by the above and unfortunately cannot be diagnosed until an active case becomes evident.
1. The buyer agrees to use the kennel name "Muggz Of Love" as the kennel prefix in the
registered name of the dog.
2. In the event that the dog is later sold, or otherwise transferred from the possession of the buyer, for whatever reason the seller will have the absolute right of first refusal to repurchase the dog for a sum not to exceed the original purchase price.
3. Maintain up to date vaccines and regular routine worming.
4. Give the puppy adequate exercise and love.
